Efficiency NB (1-866-643-8833) subsidizes the cost of energy audits for multi-unit residential buildings (up to 20 units and 3 stories) by 50%.

 

After having received an energy audit, the building owner can access a grant of $2,000-10,000 (up to 20% of the total cost of improvements--the amount is also dependent on the number of units in the building) in order to help finance the cost of energy efficiency upgrades.
